As a holistic counselor and ancestral matchmaker, it bothers my soul to see well meaning single black women getting played because they don't know who they really are and what to look for in potential dating candidates.  Not to get too preachy but you do know marriage, healthy pro-creation and nation building is ordained by God right?  So why would God make it this hard for you to find a good man? Just admit, you don't know what the hell you are doing out here and seriously need to elevate your dating game.  Most women have an aversion to the term "game" when it's obvious that life itself is a GAME.  Get over it!  Game is synonymous with "life" and those that understand this dedicate themselves to self study (and the study of others) so they can rise to the top of the social food chain. I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "Don't hate the playa, hate the game".  We're always engaged in a game whether we like it or not.  There are rules and a science to living and it would behoove you to know what you're doing before embarking on the next chapter of your life repeating the same mistakes,  choosing the wrong partners, and missing valuable opportunities to succeed.

We all have personality types and as a Urban Astrologer, I've always used the original psychology aka "astrology" to understand energies, temperaments and the people I'm dealing with. (and it's insanely accurate)  Over the years, I've been able to read several books that have extended my knowledge in this arena and the two that changed the game for me were by Robert Greene "The Art of Seduction" and "48 Laws of Power" which gives a historical analysis of personalities/archetypes from the infamous, kings, queens and the most powerful innovators of our time.  I'll be doing a few separate blog posts on the different types of men to give deeper insight on them individually.

My Face book posts have been a godsend as it helps me identify what we need to fix in our community.  And what I've concluded is that single black women, although educated, career driven and sometimes even beautiful still have ZERO GAME.  I've hosted several singles events and had to bear witness to major levels of social awkwardness from women with a PhD, great careers, and good looks but had no idea how to properly interact with men or communicate.  Let's be honest, when you're in school for close to 8 years, you're not a social butterfly which means you're missing out on vital experiences with the opposite sex that you should have in your 20s and 30s.  So now we have a generation of single black professionals with very little social intelligence, overwhelmed by technology yet are struggling to connect due to too little experience on the dating scene or too much leaving them bitter, confused and frustrated at the black man (also see "burned baby momma syndrome")

For the month of October until November 15th I'll be doing a special course for single black women who are willing to admit they need to elevate their game and attract a higher caliber men.  It's high time to lace my sistas with some tangible knowledge so they can utilize their god-given intuition and open their 3rd Eye of Game.
