Are you a Conscious Complainer or Confident Creator?

Brothers, are you a "Conscious Complainer" or "Confident Creator"?

There is nothing more beautiful than a black man that knows his true history and culture.  In fact, it's super hot! However, many of you are Stuck in being conscious and your slips are starting to show. When you get too informed this can cause you to misdirect this energy in the wrong place and waste time.

Your newfound awareness should NOT incite you to:
❌-Instigate for attention.
❌-Debate and battle people all day on social media.
❌-Argue with black women about their choices in men, love, dating or why they should consider polygamy with you. 😂😂

You should be:
✅-Creating industries (Education, Media, Health/Wellness, etc.)
✅-Buying property, Land
✅-Investing in Black Owned businesses/Start ups/Stockmarket
✅-Pooling your resources with other black men
✅-Protecting our communities, Exercising your 2nd Amendment Right
✅-Expanding your education (beyond Kemetic Science) on subjects that can create generational wealth for your family

When a black man is not experiencing success created from the fruit of his labor, he will become, bitter, stagnant and UNPRODUCTIVE. Aka "Negro Naysayers" You know...the type that has a problem for every solution. 😡

👊🏿Harsh Reality: If you're "woke" and still on the corporate plantation you hate (without a real exit strategy) you're screwed.  Like a cow on its way to slaughter, deep down, you know this is true.  You are not in control of your destiny- not fully confident in your ability to provide financial security and this another reason you struggle in your relationships.  Finding a crafty way to get on disability and doing kundalini massages on the side ain't gon cut it, bruh. 😳

Collectively, the wheat is being separated from the chaff.  The real warriors have taken their positions, are doing the work and are CLEAR in their life direction.  Seeing solutions being implemented makes cowards uncomfortable because they know their chords of complaining will soon be cut.   The time for talking is OVER and many of you are struggling to hold onto the ropes of complacency.   Moving is required in this move-ment as a new black society emerges.

"Yahweh or No way" 3 Black Religions|Charge or Keep? (ROUND 1)

Here's a brief analysis of 3 religious groups from the eyes of a crunchy, Afrocentric star gazer...😂😂

ROUND 1

👽1. Hebrew Israelites, 2. 🍒FOI aka "Fruit of Islam" 3. 🌞Christianity (Pentecostal & COGIC only)

Rated in 4 Categories: Scored 1/10🏆
👊🏿Ability to implement systems for black liberation and empowerment-economic/ political
👊🏿Ability to Provide members with tangible, life enhancing knowledge-financial, health/wellness, survival
👊🏿Knowledge of African history and origin
👊🏿Critical thinking ability; overall psychological state of members.

👽1. Hebrew Israelites
✅Believes in pooling resources (buying land, owning property, restaurants, etc)
✅Subscribes to a lot of naturopathic approaches in health
❌Do NOT believe they are of African origin whatsoever.
❌Sexual abuse and trauma happens often under the guise of polygamy. (multiple wives gone wrong is common)
It's no secret that they are known for their argumentative nature. I'm sure there are exceptions, but in most of my encounters they give me the feeling that something is a tad bit "off".

👎Overall score: 5/10 ❌CHARGE

🍒2. FOI (Nation of Islam)

✅Bean pies, final call (generate streams of income, encourages
entrepreneurship)
✅Teaches blacks what NOT to eat; system of protection and defense
❌Haven't heard a lot of teachings with African references.
✅As far as survival, everyone knows not to f*ck with the FOI brothas.  I'd rather have them protect my community than the deacons at the local First Baptist Church. They know we're at war.
✅Members understand white supremacy and make an effort to follow a black code of ethics.
While folks laughed at the brothers on the corner selling bean pies and final call, the FOI has been creating systems of job creation and revenue for as long as I can remember. This also provided tons of opportunities for brothers released from prison. (seems to have a rehabilitative process for ex-offenders)
Check out this classic interview with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan where he DESTROYS Mike Wallace: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k43gK0szK00

👍Overall score: 8/10 ✅KEEP

🌞3. Pentecostal & C.O.G.I.C (Church of God in Christ) Christians

Pentecostal= ❌Charged
COGIC=❌ Charged

VERDICT 👎👎

💩PENTECOSTAL-I think it's safe to say that we can just fully charge all Pentecostals to the game.  We've wanted to do this for sometime.  We've tolerated them for as long as we could but deep inside, we know they're weird and will likely NOT be a part of elevated black society.  I'm pulling the plug on these docile kneegroes because they are blissfully unaware of white supremacy and are the types that perform public stunts of bafoonery- offering "forgiveness" to  the likes of Dylan Roof (who never asked for it).  Besides, I don't think the women are even allowed to wear pants or mascara yet.

Not exactly known for good health or fitness. Members usually die at the hand of their own forks and blame it on the devil.

💩C.O.G.I.C- Simply put, this religion is a subculture of pew sissies and church queens who will be of no use to protecting the black community in times of war.  After they're finished shouting and rolling in the floor, they get up and return to an impoverished community with no solutions.

Whose community is he protecting?

Their "Holy Convocations" are nothing more than a well catered minstrel show of obese, mentally ill people parading around the pulpit struggling with their sexuality but at least the gospel music entertainment is SUPERB.  As a musician, I can comfortably say, the COGIC church has some of the most brilliant instrumentalists, especially piano players and organists...HANDS DOWN.  I realize there are many sects of Christianity. However,  these are most popular in the black community.  Unless you go to an A.M.E church, you'll rarely hear the word "African" in Christian ideology or teachings.

It's important to note: Marcus Garvey was a Christian himself and the ONLY redeeming quality in this context.  There maybe hope after all and this is the only reason I don't throw all black christians in the garbage all together.

Chance the Rapper (genre: Christian hip hop) latest release helped y'all too 😂😂#MindBlown.  I will be writing a special review and astrological reading of the album "Coloring Book".

Moral of story: Lead this revolution like Louis Farrakhan, NOT John Lewis.

🏆Round 1 Winners: 🍒FOI

Next up: 👣🚪Jehovah's Witness, 👑Pan-African, 👳👳Conscious

P.S.-I AM NOT 🍒FOI!

If you are and feel I am missing vital information about your beliefs, feel free to comment below.  For all Hebrew Israelites and Pentecostals, save your arguments.

The "Urban Astrology Report" (Nov 29th-Dec 4th): Blasting Off and Manifesting Your Destiny

The "forecast" is more than icy road conditions and hot chocolate.  Jupiter's energy will cancel things out of your life that will keep you off of your path of purpose so now is a good time to re-evaluate anything that takes you away from your passion. Realizing that you are at a crossroads can be confusing but this also gives us the ability to make choices and CREATE CHANGE.

Jupiter= the King of the Gods, is the ruler of Sagittarius. In Astrology, Jupiter is a planet of plenty. It is tolerant and expansive. The first of the social planets, Jupiter seeks insight through knowledge.  Jupiter is a planet of broader purpose, reach, and possibility.  The more negative manifestations of Jupiter include blind optimism, excess, and overindulgence.

This imagery captured by the Hubble Space Telescope on May 19, 2016, depicts bright auroras on the planet Jupiter

Neptune=God of the Sea, is the ruler of Pisces. In astrology, Neptune is considered a planet of inspiration, dreams, psychic receptivity, illusion, and confusion. Neptune rules spirituality, intuition, enlightenment, and all things subtle.
The more negative manifestations of Neptune include deception, trickery, deceit, guilt, and addiction.

Square=Inharmonious aspect causing tensions and obstacles for you to overcome. It forces you to choose between you conflicting inner needs and urges.
Transit= the ongoing movement of the planets connected to current reality. Transits reflect our collective reality, the world we're all living in together.
Transits are like cards that the world deals us, and what we do with them -- how we play the hand -- is what changes us and determines the course of our destiny.

  • The Sun and Moon are transiting Jupiter
  • The New moon is squaring Neptune
  • The Sun is squaring Neptune
As you can see above, there are several planets squaring Neptune.

What this means
THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR DECEPTION during this cycle and you'll need to rely on your ability to SEPARATE THE TRUTH FROM ILLUSION.  Questioning yourself right now is normal and a part of the transit that is going on.   For many of you, this can mean cutting through all delusions or fantasies in relationships you've entertained too long.

Ask yourself, "Is this relationship in alignment with my own spiritual path?"
[The answers to this will unfold as we get later into the month of December. ]

Other themes:

  • Inner tension that leads to motivation.
  • Dealing with your ego/ limitations.
  • The need to define relationships.
  • Creative visions; spontaneous, divine ideas that lead you in the right direction.

The mythological creature of the centaur is the half human/half beast hunter with the bow and arrow. Its natural environment is the forest so bring aspects of this into your home to honor this season of Sag.

Ritual for Beginners

Because Sagittarius is a fire sign you can work with candles to honor the new moon.
1. Find a candle that is associated with one of these scents (basil, saffron, ginger, sage).
2. Mix up some of these herbs up and sprinkle it on top of your candle.
3. Sit, meditate with is this as you think about all that you want to manifest.

**Lemon and nutmeg are also a popular and put out to bring the uplifting, positive energy of Sagittarius into your space. (Pine cones are great options as well)

Aim high, be patient and be positive.

Love,

The Archer

"The Urban Weather Report" Death, Rebirth, & New Chapters

The forecast is more than snowy days and Christmas cookies. Major decisions are coming into play and we have to be ready for great change to occur.

Here are a few terms that will help you understand the aspects and meaning in the sky:

A "Conjunction"=Planets and points that form a conjunction are energies that are united. They are blended; therefore, they act together.

The "Square"= This aspect creates tension between the planets and points involved.

Jupiter & Pluto are squaring this week with Jupiter in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn.  Jupiter in Libra means finding ways to expand looking for balance peace, and better ways for us to live our lives. Libra wants to live fair, just and balanced.

Please note:
  • Pluto in Capricorn means there is the death.
  • Venus will conjunct Pluto
  • The moon will conjunct Jupiter on Thanksgiving.

What this means:
All 4 planets squaring = a MAJOR death/rebirth of values and relationships that are connected to the new balance in our lives. Expect a lot of exploration, uncertainty and wide open field of opportunity before you. After this last season of Scorpio, you should have your tool bag now to help handle your fears. It's time to set sail and decisions are Paramount right now as we move into the season of Sagittarius which is all about adventure and optimism.

WELCOME TO THE TRANSITION OF YOUR LIFE
  •  Are you ready to make really deep cuts and serious nail biting decisions?
  • What side of the fence will YOU sit on in this journey?
Step into what you know is good for YOU and don't let the fear of things being weird, irregular or imperfect hold you back from going towards the life you really want to live.

Communing with the elders

I went down a rabbit hole to find out who the narrator was of Cannonball Adderley "Soul Zodiac" album. What I found out shocked me to say the least and I was able to receive a celestial message to pay homage to 2 April born ancestors. For this urban weather report we’ll be doing an analysis of this season’s Mars in Aquarius transit
(November 7-Dec 19th)

Paying Celestial Homage to DJ Rick Holmes
(died Sept 2, 2015)

I first heard Soul Zodiac in 2012 and always wondered who the astrologer was that was narrating it. As a fellow astrologer, I felt his talent was undeniable and even increased my knowledge upon listening to the whole celestial library. With jazz as a back drop he shares descriptions of all of the signs in cool spoken word-the visuals are powerful and will leave you with deeper insight of yourself and others.

For jazz great Cannonball Adderley the zodiac was so fascinating that he devoted a whole 1972 album to it. With narration by DJ Rick Holmes -noted on the album for his “sophisticated rhetoric”

SOUL ZODIAC is seductive jazz and a reflection on an era when ‘The Age of Aquarius’ captured everyone’s imagination. Take a Listen:
(Make sure you find your own sign also)

Libations
Offering ancestral libations, by calling out our ancestor’s name, while pouring liquid to honor their spirit, can help bring forward the energy, positive power and divine love needed to change our world. Spirit, everywhere and through everything, is calling out to all of humanity, to be manifested in all of what we do today, as the center of our existence. Rick Holmes (April 21st) 1936= 4+2+1+1+9+3+6=#8 Life path

8 Numerology =Balance and power

The number 8 is perhaps the most misunderstood of all single-digit numbers, as novices and professionals alike always seem to hammer on the "money and power" image of the 8. It is true that the number 8, more than any other number, puts the emphasis in the areas of career, business, finances and authority. the shape of the number reflects its most important attribute, and in the case of the number 8, that is, first and foremost, balance. The 8 is the great Karmic equalizer, a force that just as easily creates as it destroys. you will reap what you've sown.

Richard Arthur Holmes, Jr. (aka Rick), born in Knoxville, Tennessee on April 21, 1936. attending Don Martin School of Broadcasting. He was a member of Holman Methodist Church under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. James Lawson, Jr., a pastor and civil rights activist. began his professional radio career at KBCA Radio 105.1 FM, in Los Angeles, a Mount Wilson Broadcasting Jazz station His show became very popular and was coined "Rick's Affair," with his theme song "Poinciana," an arrangement by Ahmad Jamal. This resonated with many listeners in the evening time slot. In 1970 Rick began at broadcasting at KJLH 103.2 FM (a station owned by Stevie Wonder) calling his show ‘Holmes in your Home". At this time he began a career as a spoken word recording artist, collaborating with Cannonball Adderley on his albums ‘Soul Of The Bible’ (in 1972), ‘Soul Zodiac’ (in 1972) and ‘Love, Sex, And The Zodiac’ (in 1974).He continued to educate his listening audience about the music genre of Jazz and the exemplary talents of Jazz musicians. See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/knoxnews/obituary.aspx?pid=175718994

More facts about Gil Scott Heron: Gil Scott-Heron was born in Chicago, Illinois.  His mother, Bobbie Scott-Heron, was an opera singer who performed with the New York Oratorio Society. Scott-Heron's father, Gil Heron, nicknamed "The Black Arrow", was a Jamaican football player in the 1950s who became the first black man to play for Celtic Football Club in Glasgow. Gil's parents separated in his early childhood and he was sent to live with his maternal grandmother, Lillie Scott, in Jackson, Tennessee. When Scott-Heron was 12 years old, his grandmother died and he returned to live with his mother in the Bronx, New York City. As one of five black students at the prestigious school, Scott-Heron was faced with alienation and a significant socioeconomic gap.

Scott-Heron began his recording career in 1970 with the LP Small Talk at 125th and Lenox The album's 14 tracks dealt with themes such as the superficiality of television and mass consumerism, the hypocrisy of some would-be black revolutionaries, and white middle-class ignorance of the difficulties faced by inner-city residents. In the liner notes, Scott-Heron acknowledged as influences Richie Havens, John Coltrane, Otis Redding, Jose Feliciano, Billie Holiday, Langston Hughes, Malcolm X, Huey Newton, Nina Simone, and long-time collaborator Brian Jackson.

Mars in Aquarius (from November 9 to December 19) is a huge social experiment. Perhaps the most socially aware sign, Aquarius is the archetype that best represents the collective consciousness, with its consequences, ethical struggles, systemic issues. The transit of Mars through this humanitarian segment of the Zodiac is bound to mark a definite shift and we will all come away with the realization that no man is an island, and that every gesture we make reverberates on our surroundings, influencing conditions that surpass our individual worlds. Our actions have consequences; they’re informed, hindered or influenced by the environment we’re immersed in.

My Point: People's actions under Mars in Aquarius will be concerned with the bigger picture.  Some will look at it in order to see where they fit, while others will feel compelled to define themselves in opposition to what they see.

The mutual reception between Mars and Uranus (currently transiting Aries, which is a Mars-ruled sign) will likely bring highly polarized, extreme reactions to our decision making that affects others.  One thing for sure, since Mars lives in the present moment, and Uranus/Aquarius are concerned with the future, a fair share of our actions will be geared towards leaving heavy burdens in the past, and experimenting with new options at our disposal. Most of us will need plenty of room to move around while going through this process.  Allowing space is key to avoid clashes and abrupt confrontations at this time, as well as respecting others’ boundaries, and honoring their need for a critical, detached evaluation. #NoPeerPressure

Our hopes, dreams and wishes are also more likely to become huge driving forces at this time. Aquarius is famous for its utopian, revolutionary mindset. Actions and reactions will be triggered by our expectations and desire for positive change. The urge to step on uncharted paths towards a better tomorrow will be strong and undeniable.   You will develop an increased need to walk with those who are going in the same direction, and separate from old friends who are headed to a different place.
