Breaking Soul Ties and Womb Cleansing (For Beginners) Making Room for your Mate

As you can see by the images, there is a huge difference in the two women.  I was rebuilding after a break up and starting over again.  During this time, there were 3 Keys that I've always lived by as it relates to maintaining overall good health and hormonal balance.

Let's talk about cleanse first because like life, you have to release, and let go things that don't serve you FIRST in order to make room for abundance. And I believe we're all in agreement that great health goes hand in hand with having an abundant life. So if one is closed or their fist is held tight, they can not be open to receive.

Toxic agents are everywhere in our world. From the junk foods we eat, the air we breathe, the toxic household cleaners we spray, the electronics we’re pretty much glued to… However, toxic free radicals are formed in the body too.

Did you know?
Stress hormones, emotional roller coasters, anxiety and negative thoughts all create free radicals as well? Having a good cry, urination, and taking a good dump are all natural mechanisms our body is equipped with to rid itself of toxins.
Cleansing and detoxification is so important because it can literally reverse the symptoms of illness and change your entire life. There are many different types so find one that works well for you.

The average american still has the thanksgiving meal left in our colon since 1998. I'm not kidding, if no aggressive form of cleansing is incorporated, IT'S STILL THERE. I know that sounds nuts but understand that we were beautifully and wonderfully made and the body has an amazing ability to "hold on" to things.  The liver, small intestine, kidneys, and colon are the major organs involved in the body’s detoxification system.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar Douche














This remedy is considered as the highly effective ones because it helps in regulating pH of the vagina and prevents yeast growth.
Once the vinegar mixture is applied to vagina through douching, the symptoms of yeast infection like itching and vaginal discharge will be reduced. You can notice improvement with the first application itself.

All you need for this process is apple cider vinegar, water and a douche kit. If a douche kit is not available then you can enema kit.

· Combine 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into 2 quarts of warm water (distilled or filtered water which is first boiled and cooled to warm).

· Using a funnel, pour the mixture into the douche bag and attach the nozzle.

· Hold the bag carefully just below the pelvis and exert very slight pressure.

· Repeat the process 2 times a day if you have severe symptoms of vaginal yeast infection.

· Once you attain improvement, the process can be used once in a day.

Things to Remember While Douching


· Once the infection is reduced and you are symptom-free, you can stop following the process.

· Don’t overdo the douching process, as it can wash away the good bacteria along with bad bacteria.

· Use only small amount of pressure while douching as you only want to flush the vaginal canal. Excess pressure can push the solution up through cervix to uterus which is not good.

· Regular douching can wash out the good bacteria as well, so use it only when you have an infection.

Burn
Regular sweat exercise is so important and is one of the main areas many women fall short especially if they're dealing with emotional highs and lows. It can be hard to get motivated even when you know you it's something good for you. Some women think because they walk around the track once a month or back n forth to the car, that they are getting exercise. Nah…I'm talking about sweating your ass off, sis.

Red raspberry has astringent properties that can help to reduce excessive bleeding that may accompany childbirth, as well as to reduce spotting and heavy menstrual bleeding.ᅠ Additionally, the astringent properties can help to reduce inflammation in the mucus membranes, thus aiding in the treatment of sore throats, diarrhea, and digestive inflammation and bleeding.ᅠ The tea is also commonly used as a douche or a sits bath for yeast infections and to reduce excess vaginal secretions. As the daughter of an herbalist mother, I was exposed to indigenous teachings and information about maintaining optimal health. Music is also a powerful tool and I spent many years studying how it's used in a clinical setting. I was a Music Therapy major at the prestigious Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA) I worked at Judge Baker’s Children Center-Harvard Medical with young adults with emotional disabilities such depression, anxiety and bi polar disorder.

  1. I myself suffer with depression due to child hood abuse , I struggle as a adult finding my happy place and balance as I REFUSE to take those drugs.
